William's Pre K Graduation

William was in his first play called The Very Busy Spider by Eric Carle,
he was the sheep

He said his line perfectly " Ba, Ba want to come run in the meadow?"

and after 5 years of being on this earth he finally did it, William graduated from Pre K with a cute little ceremony of William being called up to Miss Rachel and Ms Rachel saying " Welcome to Kindergarten" as she handed him book from their favorite author Eric Carle.

He is so excited

Thank you Miss Rachel and Miss Kathy for a wonderful year
you both have taught him so much

Will is 5!!!!!

William turned 5 on Saturday at exactly 12:45pm and he knew it, all morning he kept saying I'm not 5 yet, I will be this afternoon, pretty funny stuff

He absolutely loves Sponge Bob right now, so I made this Bikini Bottom Cake and had a Sponge Bob candle, it turned out pretty well.

Luckily Reagan didn't get to it as she had planned

Happy Birthday to a wonderful big boy!!

Loving this weather

We have been having great weather lately I think we were outside almost all day yesterday

Kaylee was waiting patiently for Will to get off the bus from school

William has been practicing a few moves with Mr Miagee(sp?)

Even Reilly was enjoying the day rolling around and relaxing in the shade

The kids were having tons of fun splashing around

Here is Reagan actually taking a break from the water

It really is exhausting being a kid

and Kaylee decided to give me a close up of those beautiful blue eyes of hers

Happy Birthday Kaylee!!!

Our Baby Kaylee turned 1 on May 31st
Hooray!!!

The cake was beautiful around midnight the night before and slowly went down hill from there (at least I got a picture before the cupcakes fell over for the tenth time)

I put Kaylee in Reagan's dress from her 1st birthday party

She is our happy and very content baby
she didn't know what to think

she loved the frosting

by the time she was done she was throwing chocolate cake everywhere

I think Will and Reagan were more excited about the presents than Kaylee

but in the end it was Grandpa wearing the Tiara

Happy Birthday to my sweet sweet Baby K!!

Memorial Day

We had perfect weather for a barbecue at Grandpa and Grandma Van Ry's house, we brought the kids swim trunks and invested in some squirt guns for a little bit of fun, I think William was on the look out for Uncle Andy in this picture

I think Reilly had the best time hanging out in the backyard with the family

Reagan actually spun around so many times
she got herself dizzy and she fell down a couple times

here they are in action
I got some cute shots of Kaylee

after a couple of family games of volleyball William broke out the Buzz Lightyear kite Grandma Van Ry had, after a few amusing attempts to get it air born in the backyard we decided it would be a lot easier in the soccer field near the house

Will had it up in the air for a good long time but somehow got it caught in one of the trees on the sidelines, it sure was fun while it lasted thanks Grandma Van Ry for such a fun activity

Reagan had fun running after anyone that was riding Uncle Cams bike

and Kaylee had fun being patriotic

Fun, Fun, Fun and more Fun in Utah

All I can say is thank goodness the airport added play areas for kids

On Mother's Day Kirk and I went to Music and the Spoken Word before church, and Grandpa and Grandma Lindseth watched the kids in their condo near Temple Square. It was great, the choir did an encore performance of the battle hymn of the republic it was a great experience

I think I asked to much of the kids to get a Mother's Day picture with them

Will and Reagan are obsessed with potato bugs right now it is a good thing Uncle Shawn can draw them. Shawn also drew a picture of our dog Reilly, I explained that he drew his legs to short Shawn told me to be quiet ( in not so many words) and William explained to Shawn not to use those words (Shut Up) and to just say Ok I'll draw longer legs next time. (what a smart kid)

Monday we spend the afternoon with Kirk's Uncle Mike and Aunt Sally, Will and Reagan decided to stand next to the camera mom

Aunt Whitney works at Thanksgiving Point, it is a beautiful place with tons and tons of beautiful flowers

Grandpa Lindseth was having the time of his life on the segway (sp?)

We had lots of fun with Uncle Don and family

Kirk was a great driver, he took us on the great Kirk Van Ry history tour of all the places he lived as a child and where his "friend" lived

I was able to see my good friend Tania and her family

I love Temple Square

Will loved hanging out with Kaden

after the whole Lindseth Family arrived we took a family picture (the first one since Will was 1 1/2 years old almost 4 years since the whole crew has been together)

Tessa seems to be the favorite Aunt

We rode the Trax down to Temple Square for the wedding.
The kids loved it!

The kids were waiting patiently to see their Aunt Amy and new Uncle Luke

Reagan was the queen of the cupcakes I think we snapped
this one after she had eaten four or five of them

Amy had live butterflies at the reception and it was a hit with all the kids, one became very fond of Will and walked all over him, he wanted to bring it home but we had to release it at Shawn and Whitney's house cause we knew it wouldn't survive the trip

The kids had fun on Sunday blowing bubbles

Reagan fell in love with this Bear at the airport to bad it wouldn't fit in her carry on

I'm sad to say it went by to quickly, we miss our family and friends and wished we could be closer, we will just have to plan another wedding soon so we can get together again, right Tessa, your the one that caught the bouquet
