Pumpkin Carving Will and Reagan Style

Will and Reagan waited what seemed like an eternity for Kirk to get home from work last night they were so excited to carve the pumpkins ( Kaylee didn't get to stay up)

I let them draw the faces they wanted on the pumpkin so Kirk would know what to carve out and they did a pretty good job of drawing

William went for the more scary look

Reagan loved getting the guts out

William, not so much he didn't want to get dirty( that is why he is shirtless, so his clothes wouldn't get all gross from the guts)

Kirk helped a little at scraping the sides so the guts would come out easier

William's actually looks like the teeth are gross with the green spots from the pumpkin

Halloween Party

We had our ward Halloween Party last night, which included many fun booths for the kids and a haunted primary room

William was so excited about the haunted house....until we actually were going through it, I think we were about ten steps in and he said " Mom I don't want to do this anymore" but he toughed it out as did Reagan. I think Kaylee did the best, I didn't hear a peep out of her the whole time and by the time we were done and could see again she was just munching away on her cookie, I guess nothing beats a good cookie. It was a fun ward activity for the kids.

Well their costumes came in the mail today and they had to try them on right away. Here is a little preview of what they will be wearing for Halloween

That is right William is going to be Optimus Prime, Reagan is Little Bo Peep and Kaylee will be her little sheep

William has been drawing and coloring non stop now for at least 2 weeks he loves writing what the pictures are too
